Recording Crossfire?

Hey everyone, i have some mad skills with sony vegas and would love to create and edit a CF montage. However im trying to find a good recording program.

Ive tried:
Camtasia (sucks with fps)
Hypercam (just isnt good)


Now, i'm trying to get FRAPS to work because thats what most people use. I have the full version of 2.6.4. I first start fraps ( i dont minimise or exit out of it once loaded) I then start Crossfire. But i dont get the yellow fps numbers in any of the corners, and it wont record. Does anyone know what is wrong?

If you think there's a better program (that has good fps), or know what to do to fix this please, please respond

Growler Guncam is all you will need to edit crossfire.

I dont know whats wrong with your fraps...

But FRAPs is the best program, but can pretty intensive on your FPS.



Growler is not very flexable with other programs and all around is just a pain to work with.
