Send error report

once in a while i will go to join a game and it will be about finished loading, and a window will pop up saying, send error report and a button to click ok, and it exits completely out of the game. can anybody help me with this, i am not sure why it does it. but it does not do it all the time. once or twice a week.

Same here but it's not annoying so i don't really care.

and there are two buttons OK and Cancel.
