Replay Fix\Get rid of hackers

The replay software needs to be fixed in the next patch. When i report a hacker, i need to watch the whole replay(which takes the same amount of time as a game) to watch ALL the rounds so i can find the rounds where exactly the guy is hacking. The problem is that usually, i know it's at round 22 that the hacker is the most obvious and i want to watch THIS round only. But you can't FASTFORWARD trough the replay so it takes long to get there.

So please, fix the FastForward and the other one(>>>> and <<<<)

It's not that it's broken, but rather just not implemented yet. Not sure when this will be one.
As for getting rid of hackers, that's more of an ongoing battle.

Ok, i didn't know it wasnt implemented. But it should be!:)

Also, about the hackers, if i could fastforward trough replays, i would report more hackers and help to fight this WAR!
