cf replay hepl (video making)

i want to make a montage.
i have microsoft movie maker and microsoft media player.
i cant import either of the videos to these and i dont know what to do.
but if you do, please post a reply. thanks

umm i hope you dont wanna import the .cfr file coz that would make no sence.. you need to get on cf play your replay and record the replay with fraps and after you filmed your replay import the clip to movie maker ..
