Do you lose hp if

you wear a backpack? can you lose hp for wearing items of any kind? like if some1 shoots and hit your backpack does it do damage?

I'm not quite sure, but I think it does make your hitbox a bit larger. Someone did some testing on this a while back. Unfortunately I don't remember the results.
