Instead of crying go play Tetris or something u won't lag at.
Seriously, it's not by crying they will do something. The server are based in Canada, what do you expect. Move to Canada or find a EU game to play. Jesus, theres 1000 threads a day started by people like you doing nothing but crying.

It it was 180 and now, all of sudden its 500, it's probably client side. Check your pc for viruses, spywares or even for anormal activity on ur network(neighbors stealing internet, worms, someone using all the bandwith). In other words, it's probably your fault.

My problem is not my computer, but the route my internet connection with the place where the server is, ie do not blame me, blame them, I paid to play and i need support, my ping was always 170 and now 300!

First of all check that your anti-virus is not scanning.
Second press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and go to Processes and
under CPU see if the value of any of the running processes
is higher than 40+.
Note: Do not mess with any processes with the following User Name
SYSTEM
NETWORK SERVICE
LOCAL SERVICE
Now go and download Ccleaner and install it then check EVERYTHING
and click Run Cleaner.
Get the latest version of GameBooster if you don't already have it.
and UK server will fix everything i hope. -

Thank you for trying to help me, but my problem is not with my computer but yes with the z8.
My problem is my router connection with the z8, they did something and could not solve, really gives rage, I and 500 players brazilians going to stop playing because of this, nothing is resolved, z8 games = horrible tech support, we don't got answers and does not update anything. -

And at first my ping went up to like 140, now it's like 79-80. Was 100. I like it how it is thank you very much

This Ping Sucks.
The Ping just Went 290 and it Was 150. '-'
We, Brasilians, Know That a lot of Brasilians Hack and Make the game worse, But A Lot Don't hack, and Who Play Fair always report that Fa.gs that Hacks. But We Pay Like All Other players to buy Zp and we need to have some suport like others Players do.
I Hope z8 do Something About This, or Almoust all brasilians that Play Fair and Try to make this game better Will Stop PLaying, and some Turks too They're ping went hardly bad too.

High Ping
Hello sorry I bother you but you are bother me. I was going to play anymore this cross fire with high ping, I had no zp and decided to buy 10 k so I can play better but in any good because my ping went pra ta 300 and when 250 is normal, I've Card my internet video accelerator is 3 mega but no good for the z8 games but do not know how to manage the game and it gets worse, it just happened here in Brazil because we all know that the Brazilians are the best in game FPS. Not only that I will stop playing, several friends who are buying vevemi zp every month, thank you for your patience in me because I already heard I have no more patience to play cross fire, -

please z8games Fasem something quickly with your ping and fps are soon to lag, high ping and fps baxo help do something fast about it please i peopl .... I play most of the day had to interoperability for a poko because of the lag .. help the Brazilians -
You guys really think crying on this thread is going to help? If you have this ping issues, you should give your data to this thread: http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=26696 and try to be patient, iam sure they are doing their best in this matter.. And when is not a good question, these things are pretty unpredictable..

I have a problem route, my IP starts with 192, my ping was always 180 and is now 500, I have every right to complain because I paid to play.
NOTE Z8 = 0

Where are you connecting from?
Ping related problems are rarely a problem with the actual game. Every day pings are going to drastically change the further away you are from the server. It's beyond our control. -
You people need to stop QQin about ping.. that is nothing that z8games can do... it's not like a sotware to reduce ping so stop QQin omg...thats you ping!
So, can u explain me what happened to many brazilians n turks? We got our ping increased with no reason, it happened like 5 days a go, my ping just "JUMPED"! it was 160~170
n now its like 220~260.
I already did what z8 asked to do, "tracert n copy the results", im just waitin some answer, but u cant say theres no problem.
Some of my mates got the ping increased, but some get the ping reduced too, i just wait an explanation, or an update to fix this problem. I already checked my connection, but as dragulove wrote, its a router problem.

So, can u explain me what happened to many brazilians n turks?
1. Hacks could possibly increase your ping. I wouldn't know but Br and Turks could maybe know more about it and tell us?
2. Viruses and Worms could increase ping. Clean your pc!
3. Maybe you just have bad internet connection or your raccoon ate your Ethernet cable.
4. Maybe you are just too far from the server.
5. The time of the day makes a difference. Morning i got 13-14 ping and at night i got 20-22
6. Make SURE no one else is using your bandwith
Obviously, no program can really help you, it's probably your side.
PS. Try a program called WLAN Optimizer, it help me stabilize my ping on windows 7.
PS. If you have XP, disable a service called WZC, it will help
PS. If you have Vista, Uninstall CF and Vista and install something else. -

If theres players using haks, u should report them, but do not say that everyone in some country do.

2. I already cleaned that n i can see that u have no information, 5 days a go my ping was 160 as the last 10 months, n alot of guys had the ping increased, so itsnt a particular problem.
3.Its a real good connection, the same one that i use when my ping was ok.
4. Yes, i do live far from the server, but this ping is unusual
5. I just play at the same time, coz i work at mornin n afternoon n i study at night.( so im not a kiddo like u that have the entire day to play)
6. Im sure, no one r sharin it.

Ok guys, it is the fact, that this higher ping is caused by rubbish in our computers, but also by the routing..
But also is the fact the best thing you can do right now is report your tracert and wait..
This quarrels lead nowhere and what more, your question has been answered - exact date is unknown, nobody can tell you, everyone of the game staff is doing his best, the best thing you can do is wait and hope that someday some server will be closer..
And dont be mad at me, i have this problems as well, it sucks, but arguing on forums isnt a way to fix it
