Submitting a Support Ticket - Mini Guide

Hello Z8 Gamers!

We've heard a lot of opinions from players about our support system and have created a little mini guide on how to properly submit a support ticket as well as check to see if we've responded to your questions. We hope to improve the interface as time goes on. Please check back to these announcements for any changes on the Support System.

1. First off if you are visiting us on the forums then stick around and check to see if other people have had the same issues as you.
Metin 2 Tech Support Forum
Cross Fire Tech Support Forum

Make sure to read any stickies in those forums including the rules thread in the Cross Fire section. Please try to eliminate double-posting where possible. If you see someone with a similar issue, post in that thread instead of making your own.
2. For all Account Related issues and Payment issues and any other questions for BOTH GAMES please use the Support Ticket System on the z8games website.
The Z8Games Support Site is located here:
SUPPORT SITE
3. Once at the support site have a look at some of the basic FAQ answers we've posted there. Maybe you'll find an answer?

4. If you still have an issue please click on the Web Form button on the right side bar underneath "Contact Us".
Please fill in the categories required;
What Game.
What Type of Problem it is related to.
Details of your problem.

Be specific with your details. Be sure to give us the account name and character name (and server for Metin 2). Include any details involving purchases or billing, or computer information like OS, RAM, Video Card etc. if the issue is involving Technical details.
5. After your ticket has been submitted we will review the case and respond to you. WE DO NOT SEND PERSONAL EMAILS or CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY. We use the Web Form to reply to you instead.
To check your reply go to the support site and look under the "Contact Us" menu bar and click Contact History

If you follow these simple steps you should get the support you need in the fastest possible time.
