Unable to load a map?

Whenever I begin to load a game I get to the server and when the map begins to load the progress bar stops at the "L" and then reaches the end. Then a message window pops up and tells me the connection has delayed. What does this mean and how do I fix it?
I have already rebooted the computer, un- and re-installed the game. It was working at about 3 pm today but abruptly stopped.

redownload the game or get a better graphics card maybe ur not meant to play this game XD so sad for u LMAO
