BingoZ8 Staff aren't really on at weekends.
Anyway. This is rather odd and there is not much a mod could do about it.
You are going to need to wait until the ticket gets answered. Until then I would not open any other crates just to be sure.
Keep in mind that tickets are handled in the order they are received and are not looked at over the weekends when the GMs are off. It can be a bit before you get a response. -

We don't know of any specific bug with the crates that you've shown here.
Can you list the exact steps you are taking from the purchase of the crates to the opening of one that you get these results?
We'll look into it asap to see if there's something further going on. And in the meantime wait for your reply from the support system to see if you can get your crates back. -

I never implied the picture was messed with.
To the original poster/problem. Our database indicates that you received the items from the crates. The bug here was likely a display problem.
Please check your account to look to see that the various Black Market items are there. -

lol i couldnt paste it ;
it took me like 6 months to learn how to post screenshots lol
so for me to do that would be impossible.
I bought 10 crates everyone that happened , i didn't see the normal 100GP in each crate after i opened a few so idk.
no one else has ever had the bug?
i had the same amount of GP after i opened a few crates and as 100GP is the normal GP amount i dont think i got anything
