No 30,000 Gp after leveld up to STAFF SERGEANT

I leveled up to Sergeant 4 and need around 200 exp to level to STAFF SERGEANT 1, so I completed the tutorial I skipped at the beginning of my account,when I finished tutorial and leveled up I saw that I had become STAFF SERGEANT but did not receive 30,000. Can anyone help?!?!?!?!?

ask a mod....i don't know....maybe traniee dosn't count....

ok.. you got that xp because you did the tutorial? you would of needed to rank up in a game not tutorial

In this case, if he played a regular match and gained exp, would he get the 30k? Or would it come after his next rank up? Or not at all and he'd have to have it manually added to his account?

when he ranks up to master serg, it says something like this exp: 412 GP:30347
