Help space bar not working cant jump

Please help ingame i cant jump idk y my spacebar works but i just cant jump idk why!

if u dont have an U.S.A (United States Of America) Keyboard u have to change the key board :

or just go Control Panel > Language Controls > and change ur keyboard language to United States English .
