Check the ban list and if you are not on it send a support ticket in and I am sure they would love to explain to your brother why his account is banned or what is going on.

Wow Thanks man, I'm just trying to do my part and help anyone out who needs it. I understand how hard Z8 has it right now with all the switches and stuff and I can tell they are a little understaffed so I figured why not help them out. =-D
