One question, a program that helps create a crosshair for the sniper is
classified as illegal?, In the counter strike 1.5 and others games had a crosshair including
in the same game in the sniper...

Classified as a third party program to aid you ingame is illegal. Can in fact help you noscope if you crouch, it'l go pretty straight.

dude just make a game 1 on 1, put a little black sticker on the screen where the crosshair is, i dont think its classed as a hack, its ur screen and not a program so it should b legal :P
