I have a Weird Connaction problem.

I have 4 Characters on the same Account.
When i try to connect my best Character i have a lot of lags, but when im trying to connect another character on the same account i dont have any lag. I also tried to login the same character in my cousin's house and again there was the same problem, and when we tried to login to his 3 accounts there was no problem at all.
I'll be very greatfull if someone would help me..

Maybe play around with video settings, put the resolution to 800x600 and try playing again. (Look in Options while in the game.)
