Unstable ping?

For the past few months i got unstable ping. my ping goes from 140 to 190 and i feel laggy
Yesterday i had 1 day normal ping and i played way better..

Does some 1 know how to keep get stable ping..

unstable ping aside from a great multitude of things can be caused by your isp not having sufficiant bandwidth to handle their customer load in peak hours... a crappy wireless signal from your comp to the router, increases interweb traffic and much much more.

I had an internet speed around 95-99 kb/s, when I play my ping go from 80-130, now that I upgrade my internet speed to like 250 kb/s the ping still go up and down like that, anyone know why ?
