I think about a server in southamerica and i think about the best location in south
america and is near of "Iquitos" from "Peru" or in the center of "Venezuela" and even
"Ecuador" this location of servers in southamerica is very good because all the South Americans receiving signal.

lol, im from Ecuador, my ping is 108 - 115. I think that, it depends of your internet service provider.
This is an example in my country:
Tvcable : Ping 110 - 115
Telmex : Ping 145
CNT: Ping 145 - 180
