I am not sure. From what I see, they're both the same weapon, just a different skin.

And in one month, no. You won't be able to get both. Also, we don't even know if it'll come, it might have been an April Fools joke.

well if im not wrong if u log inevery day after 1 week(the 7 th day) u will get 4000 mp + mission......if u login every day and do mission i think u can do 28+28=56k MP

this morning i take the desert and after doing the weekly mission now i have 5k MP

If you had 12k to begin with on the 1st of April; it's possible to have 2. As long as you login to collect to mp you should be able to get it.

its impossible to show duplicate weapons on the site, so its just a bug.
