Stolen Account Can`t recover.

My account was stolen in 2017 , i didnt realise at that time because i was not playing crossfire anymore at this time . Some mounths ago i wanted to play again and i realised that my account was stolen .
I sent like 7 tickets at the support but allways i get the same answer that the account informations that ive said there does not match with the account . But they ask me for the current email
addres that is linked to my account . Since the account got stolen i don`t have the power to know the current email addres linked to that account . I have an email since he changed the email
from my email addres to his email addres but he couldve change it again to another email addres that i cannot know about . Since i heared that you cannot change the secret question i still
remember the secret question so this account information i`m 100% it is true . They ask me for 2 transactions , i don`t know if you need recent transactions or old transactions are good too
but i gave them 2 old transactions from that account from 2014. Then i gave them the first name that the account had wich i`m 100% it is the one .
They ask me about the creation date and birthday but i created that account in 2010 so i just don`t remember anymore the exact creation date and i`m pretty sure in 2010 you didnt have to put in
a birthday when creating an account , but ive put in my exact birthday so if there was a option to set your birthday i guess it should be allright . So let`s see.

I even write in the message details my old account passwords and emails , even gave them pictures when the hacker changed the email from mine to his + pictures of some tickets that i sent from that account .
Idk it just feels unfair that a hacker or what ever can just keep the account . And i know it was my mistake because i got hack but still .. if anyone can give me any ideas on what should i do would be apreciated .

Nobody on the forums can assist you with this and you will have to stick to the ticket system. They need what they ask for to verify that you are really you.
