This cannot be discussed here, you have to submit a ticket. Anyway, to cut it short, that account has done `bad things` in ranked(Although I believe you already know this), so its not surprising that this has happened thus I suggest you give up.

Hey there! Our lovely event is back! this is the only reason I keep playing (also the new content seems pretty good). It's a shame that DC issue still yet to be resolved.

Anyway, do you know if the Weekend crates reward for playing 2 hours is random? or do we have any set of crates that we will be able to win from?
