weapon restriction for ranked and ranked level restiction

there are people they only play 9A-91 they cant even play with other weapons which that weapon reload faster than switching side arm not fair.
ranked about skills but that weapon ruins it. i suggest people only could play with gp weapons in shop that will be fair.(Like ak47, m4a1, awm classic weapons)

There are a lot of hackers in ranked and their ranks are very low. i think the lowest rank should be captain for plays ranked. with exp events even second lieutenant not hard these days.
