[Ranked System] Simply increase the rank requirement

I've been saying this for ages and so have other players. The amount of hackers has dropped in this ranked season thanks to the discord channel during the weekdays but its unplayable during the weekends. My suggestion is to increase the rank required to play ranked. Most of these hackers are LT rank (yellow or silver - forgot the names) and making this restriction will at least make those hackers take more time leveling their accounts in order to play ranked. Put the restriction to captain level or higher. People who want to take it seriously and are high ranked shouldn't have to be "stressed" over some random noob with aim assist taking away their points.

There has been many games where my team is winning and one of the least skilled players on their team suddenly beginnings to throw head shots everywhere like he is a WCG player, it just isn't fair because we lose points, they get banned and then what? Its time and points that we are never going to take back. So please, its that easy, it doesn't take a lot of game coding and effort. Just increase it to captain rank + or make a poll regarding which rank should be the minimum.

It's good idea but we have other problem like alot of ppl close internet when thay play against hard team and u play against full team like 3 vs 5
