Didn't receive my data on my first E-mail address!

Hello there,
i have already posted a thread to you about my problem but i didn't get any useful help from you so please take a look about it and understand it very well, i will really appreciate your help and thank you for your time.
P.S i have created my account since 2016 so i think it should be send able at that year if you doesn't sending the data any more to the new registered accounts
