I format my hardware and i scan my pc and i install a new windows, i did everything but i still have this error.

My widnows 7 -64 bit
and my pc was working good and i get this error from 1 week
i was windows 7 -32 bit and i fromat my hard and make new windows and get the game again and nothing work !
and i format my hard and download the game from the site again and Make scan by anti virus and nothing help me ...
i try to do anything to open the game and i cant open it .. Idont know where's the Problem..

i will check if my windows want update and i will install new update if i find becouse i turned off the windows update's

i already format my Hard and i make new windows from 32 to 64 bit and i scan my hard with bitdefender and i get some trojan and i delete it and i get the same error ... what should ido ?

try to update you windows because it's always be a problem of the windows
