So for 400 mp you can buy a revive token for zombie rooms. Does this item stack with other revive tokens? or does it just last for 24 hours. On ribbon progress page it does not register.

Yes it stacks and you can keep buying them and stock up on revive tokens. (note for some reason i have 2 seperate stacks of Revive tokens and when ingame in ZM my revives count shows one number until i use one then it reverts to show all of them. So somewhere there's a separation between item IDs on revive tokens but these will stack and add to your revive stockpile.)

As for the ribbon....the ribbon calls for Revive tokens that are purchased in the item shop not received from things like ZM rewards or the MP shop. Personally I think the MP shop revives should count as it'd take a LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG time for anyone to buy 1,000 or even 500 revives from the MP shop and the persistence of buying them that way should count for something. But so far....it does not. So that's normal.

Thank you very much. I posted this thread twice by accident as I made a spelling error on Mileage. But both replies are helpful. I have my answers. Also yes you are right as I have 2 stacks as well.
