About my security info!

Dear GM, i want to know what is my security info "The security question and the answer" because when i created my account on the site for the firist time i didn't recive them on my Email address that named "dragonstorm50@yahoo.com" So please resend them to my Email Address to make sure that i have ful info of my account and be secured

Dear GM, First of all thanks for responding my message but i think that you misunderstood my problem very will i'm saying that when i created my account in the site i didn't recieve the message that including the security question and answer on my Email Address that was the first email address added to this account since i have created it,
So Please understand my problem and help me

I don't remember if i know my info or not so can any of the GMs help me to remember my info even if you asked me about some because i don't remember all of my info and i just know some and i don't know some too sorry if that is a fool thing to ask about if you will help me try to contact me at my email address on gmail and thanks at all

OR another reason can be if you misstype your email on register form - but you can verify that easy : go to website but don't login web site - click '' forgot your password? '' - complete your email used to create z8 account and see if you receive an email to change your password (can take from 30 minutes to few hours - depend how busy servers are)

BUT if you don't find any email from z8 to recover your password even the next day - then most like you write a wrong email on registered form (misstype a letter or something) - if that's the case only support center may help if you know all the other info




Noone from z8 will unveil you the registered email, question and secret answer and account creation date - those are sensitive info that only account owner should know

Thank you for responding but actually i have the first E-Mail address for my account but i didn't receive any message on it from the z8games Support with the security info when i created my account and it was since 3 years so i think they was actually sending it at this time but i didn't receive any thing and i'm asking them to check the problem and send them to the first email address even to make sure that i\m the owner of the account!
