Banned???

Long story, short --> my friend was perm banned, who was playing this game for 8 years, for "violation rule :hacking/using malicious or game altering software". He plays Crossfire with Team Speak 3 open in the background. He was playing Ranked match the night before he got banned. I know him for 3-4 years and I'm 100% sure he doesn't hack since I play with him. So my question is how is he banned? Why can't the support team provide him the replay or proof of him hacking? Instead they keep replying to the same answer over and over again......

Before you guys tell me, why doesn't he make a post? Well obviously he is ****ed right now and probably is done with this game.

"ik him for 3-4 years " doesnt say hes not cheating in ranked , cuz he maybe had a cheater against him.

also don't use Scripts/Macros if you have a gaming mouse or anything else. Anything that uses a 3rd party program potentially puts you into jeopardy as things like script macros give advantages and thus are ban worthy offense. Annnnddd don't sit idle in rooms to farm event times, as chances are you're probably finding a way to automate to keep from idling out in those cases and can be reported then for botting and potentially banned that way as well.

He needs to send in a Support ticket if he wants a chance at getting his account unbanned. However, majority if not all accounts which are banned stay banned because they broke the rules.
