Support ignores issue: Xmas event

After ages writing tickets and still no result...
I am disapointed mainly from support but also gm grumpy whos promise "your game progress is saved even if the trackers are displaying missing or delayed information" came out false.
Im sure i completed the task, can proof it and apperently there are more people who have exact the same problem.
So how do i/we get support to work and not close the ticket without any help?


I know it ended long time ago, but im writing with support since right after distribution.
I still have the poof and im sure there is an error in their data.
If anyone thinks it is helpfull i could also show my proof. Support simply ignored it...

How to get them to do something?

  • As mentioned in a previous thread, you are contacting support about an event that happened in December. It is now March. Info for that event isn't available anymore, and no your screenshots do not count. I've looked into your issue and support did not ignore you, they explained this to you multiple times. Please stick to that system for any event issues, and in the future please contact support immediately regarding any missed event rewards. Grumpy's promise was right. Your game progress IS saved even if the trackers are broken. However this means that your progress would have been saved at the time of this event, and if you didn't get the rewards it means you did not qualify for them.

    Even at that time it was ignored...
    So which kind of proof does count?
    I tracked the games carefully and manually als well as using Ribbon Rummage tracker. How can i get ribbon from Ribbon Rummage but not the reward from xmas, i played as both overlapped.
    All tickets dont answer that, they only say about the log...
