ranked mini season rewards

So after playing so many days and so many hours...not to even mention all the exp lost (and not refunded) due to servers crashing and hackers I managed to stay at the top 50 before the recent update..
Now to my surprise...I don't even receive my reward crates after the update. What is going on??? Please, don't say submit a ticket because i submit tickets ALL THE TIME to report different issues and i always get the same stupid automated "sorry the the inconvenience" message back BUT NOTHING GETS SOLVED...keep replying people with automated messages and closing the threads in 5 secs without even trying to talk to people and solve the issues together ....and you wonder why all the good people leave this game and only hackers stay???

This may sound cliche, but if you send a ticket they CAN look into it and it WILL get solved. Keep in mind we go on the most recent data during the maintenance for the ranking, not just the last thing you happened to see. All rewards were distributed to the guys on that list. So if you think you were on that list and there was an error with you, again, send a ticket. Nobody on the forums is going to have the ability to help you other than the GM's, and they will all tell you the same thing. Have a little faith in support.
