Not available for recovery?
Hi crossfire community, im kinda new so my friend lent me an account and suddenly it got stolen? We tried to recover the account through email but it says "Account not available for recovery" which is unusual because it usually says an email has been sent to change or recover the password. Please give me information besides sending a ticket, (FYI: I have already tried to send a ticket to crossfire support but they closed the ticket because i sent it in the wrong department, now that i went to account administration it asks security questions, unfortunately i couldnt get hold of my friend's contact information). The reason why i cannot contact her because she's busy most of the time, and she's also lives from a different state. I hope there could be another way to solve this problem so i don't get killed by her lol.
Also feel free to message me in game if you dont feel like explaining the stuff to me here in forums and im posting on this account because for some reason my main acc is permanently banned in forums, I havent broken any rules of forums yet to be banned unexpectadly, I need help on that as well.
