What is Wrong with the game ?

Next Patch next trash !
Now the same sh*** as each Patch !!!
Version.ini is changed from cf to latest version 1291 and i get Message Your client is invalid version !
I try new install but nothing Changed !
Why must be Probs after each patch ?
