Windows 7 Alt-Tab enhancements

Alt-tabbing on windows 7 comes with a lot of risks... for example the infamous insta-close after alt-tabbing... When I was on windows 8, alt-tabbing was much easier and the risk of getting cf insta closed didn't exist because CF was still actively running in the background... So my suggestion is when alt-tabbing on windows 7, make it so that cf is still actively running in the background, what I mean by that is everything still functions as if you didn't alt-tab rather than making the client freeze (hope I'm making sense). It's set like this on Windows 8/10 but not on 7.
