They did... and technically they've always done...
They ban hackers through tickets.
And now they ban hackers while they're playing with you using discord.

So... go download discord, join the server, become major and then report hackers, and the GM will ban them for you. You saying they don't do anything is sad.

I report everyday 5 player. But hackers continue to play. I dont see banned player? Are you a lawyer of GM ?

They just have a great gaming chair and when their gaming mouse kicks in it's a gg. Report if they high rank if they new accounts waste of time, they sitting on alts and ready to use them once they banned.
