Account has been permanently blocked from server, when not cheating?

I have honorable soldier ribbon and everything, why does it say "Your account has been permanently blocked from the server" ?

I don't understand what I did wrong especially after I dumped money into the game for that Vip AK Beast.

It's called you hacked and got banned, Honnorable soldier ribbon isn't always removed unless a GM chooses to Manually remove it

There is always a reason when your account is blocked. GM's don't block it without any reasons. And they are not like: hey he has an AK beast, we are not going to block this guy....

Just send a support ticket.

Send in a support ticket to find out what's up. If it was for a chargeback or something they can help you through it.
