  • play on new account it might fix it because i think you got alot weapons in your storage = more files for the game = lag fps

    thats my theory
  • did u try to update your graphic card if yes then i think it well be 3d apps running in your Pc so try this program called CPUID HWMonitor and take a look for cpu and gpu to make sure there is nothing working in background by the value and you will figure it out i wish i helped bro good luck .
sorry for my bad english :D
  • I think it's a bug in the Nvidia geforce experience or shadowplay. I get the same bug, but it happens to me in other games too if I alt-tab too much.

Turn on the FPS counter for shadowplay and play a few games like that. If the FPS counter disappears, then either your graphics card or shadowplay itself is no longer recognising the game as a 3D application, or at least, not the active one.

I'll do some more research later tonight because I want to fix this for myself too, but for now that's all I got :/

You could try completely disabling shadowplay and play for a bit, though recording might be a pain in the butt. It didn't do much for me, but I've heard it's helped other players.

Edit: Just seen a post on another forum saying that uninstalling Nvidia HD Audio fixed it for them. It's worth a shot if you're not using HDMI audio.

Also don't bother with alts - it doesn't help. Nor does HWMonitor.

I don't believe Crossfire works that way.
What I believe Crossfire does is called "Lazy loading" where models are loaded only when they are needed.

When I join a game with bag 1. My bag 1 gun gets loaded.
When I switch to another bag later on. My fps dips and then once the gun is loaded in, my fps becomes normal again.
Now when I switch back to bag 1 and then back. My fps doesn't dip any more because the gun is already loaded into game memory.

To load up every gun at once eats up a lot of memory.
  • the games FPS is not based on your GFX card. its based on your CPU. so if you have an old PC then youre toast. either upgrade your PC or upgrade your processor.
  • Old pc is the cause of it one way but The Graphics card or GEFORCE EXPERIENCE To be exact causes a problem with a program called SHADOWRECCORD its a FPS hotcapture recording program in CF an it causes bugs with fps idk y
