This PC is at least 10 years old.
Processor was released in 2006, graphics card in 2007. Memory is 2 generations behind.

It might run it, but don't expect to get very high FPS at all if it does. I wouldn't be surprised if you have driver issues though given the age of the hardware.

If this was my PC I'd leave it in a dumpster or sell the parts individually.
