i would say it will run but you wont have fun.
CF is based on CPU power. so the amd athlon would run CF with really low fps and long loadingtimes.
also i would think about using windows xp cause it needs less memory.

Isn't 4GB memory is a bit less ?your PC will run out of memory after download 1 game

also I recommend you on processor at least i5

as well when you buy ask for windows 10...in few months (if not already)there won't be win 7 found anywhere due to it being outdated operating system

(also when I bought it I order it with few changes-like better graphic card-and paid for operation system win 10 pro)

Its RAM, perm saved files go on hdd.

CF doesnt really need much, i wouldnt be surprised if both can run it.
For daily use i suggest a quad core with 6GB RAM...

The Graphics is some what ancient... but hell yeah this game has no reg anyways lol.

I'd say yes, my pc is over a decade old and CF runs just fine when I wiped my hard drive I even gain a few more fps i'm at around 105-110. Basically almost any pc can run cf and those specs better than mine. I get that fps while having playlist on and runescape on so could be more with just cf open.

Anything can run crossfire LOLLLLLLL but with dat der u may only get 40 FPS on low in a mutation match hahahahhahahaahah

I think there isn't a PC in the world that can run CF, I've seen 3000+ dollar computers still get FPS drops, lag when switching bags, crashing when opening CF, all the sorts.

That is just from the cilent, when you pick a new or didn't play with it when you opened the cilent. The skin will be just loaded by then. I have a pc around 8k worth of money, but I have the same things as you. While the games from now are running perfect.
