Hello guys,
how is the support tickets working for you guys ? do they solve your problems ? or just say something like we will investigate and close straight away thread ?
I've been in a long session sending tickets and no result at all, very disappointing customer service ... and i wanted to know if it's just with me or someone else having the same problem.

Sometimes when I need an answer and the support sends something vague or even irrelevant to what I've asked I become a bit aggressive.
I'm not insulting them in any way, I just firmly point out that they haven't answered my question and it usually works. I don't get an automated answer and it's usually helpful/reassuring. -

I sent someone $ 100 and I was helped immediately.
So it's a question of money. -
i got a lot of automated answers... but it shouldn't be like that, whether you spend the money or not... in germany they say " customer is king" and it's totally true, without them they will not survive and they need to restructure from the ground all the way they process tickets and answer them

How do you reply back if they close the ticket?
And yes, I get automated responses and sometimes responses that don't really seem related to the question asked. Like they didn't know English and copied and pasted any automated response... -

At the end they solved my problem, better then what I expected, so that's good!
