Dear CrossFire community, Dear GM's and moderators

recently my account got permanetly blocked because I "violated against the Terms of Service and Games Policies"
I cannot understand why this happend to me. I never got banned in CrossFire since 2009. I already contacted the Support a few times, but all they say is that I violated against the Terms of Service and Games Policies.
Can somebody please explain me how I violated against the Terms of Service and Games Policies? Since this is my first post on the forum and Ive never insulted somebody.

You have to send a support ticket for that. We can not know what you did wrong since we are not GM's. They didn't block it without a reason.
