So ever since I returned to this game I've joined couple of clan. most of them were farming clans ( I didn't know what farming was) and tbh Idc about farming at all. that's not the problem, my problem was most of the members were trying scams and almost forcing me to farm because I can use 22 vips. another problem most of them also used different account to play with hack so I had enough of that.
This new clan I made is for everyone but you need to be +2 and more vips to join ( asking for vips so no one try any kind of scam nor us hack and to make sure it'll be an active member). all cultures are welcome no matter what and hopefully everyone will get along.
As for me, I'll make sure that no one offend any member and everyone gets along, the staff and clan management will be handled by me and selected few depending on how skilled, active they are.
once you join you're not obligated for anything, you can play what ever and so.
the clan isn't for farming, and clan games could be about anything from GM to ZM.
CW (clan wars) will start once we have enough members.
I play in NA but I don't mind people from UK server since most of the CW and ranked games are in UK server.

If you're member or staff doesn't matter everyone will be treated the same way.
