FPS droping randomly

Alright recently i got this error where i play a few games and my fps is fine. And then after a while i join game. And it is locked at 50 fps , after that it goes to 10 fps and it stays like that. Idk what is causing it. I have to restart my game in order to get it fixed

1. Check and update your GPU drivers if are any new avaible
2. Set your game rez to 1024x768 full screen , all game details to low - see how it works now.

I play on 800x600. Gpu gtx 760 , windows 10.I normally play on 200 fps, its just after a few games its just bugs out and CF locks my FPS at 50 fps. I doesnt feel like a PC issue

M8 no offence but really 120 fps ? is it worth it , reminds me back in the day when they capped the frame rate on counter strike 1.3 i think 2 60fps
Gotta learn dude to tweak hardware ...
