How do you know if someone gets banned?

I reported a couple of hackers but their accounts are still up and with HSR ribbon.
When they get banned,they lose the ribbon or their account just simply disappears?

It just goes "inactive" but doesn't lose honorable soldier ribbon.

Well i guess reporting them is not useless.The guy i reported is now inactive for 16 days.
Also i'm not reporting cheaters with low ranks.If i see a Staff Sergeant or a higher rank i don't hesitate to report him.

I just go for star ranks or higher cause anything under that is easy to achieve. Unless they have vips or are zp spenders

Me too. I reported a hacker 15 days ago and he is still active. I just checked his profile and i am amazed to see that he has changed his IGN and clan. That son of a ***** had multiple VIPs. I threatened him to report and he was laughing at me. He challenged me to report. Now i understand he was confident because he knew that support staff will never ban him.

I wonder support center has the ability to ban the guy who has changed his IGN.

Been keeping tabs on this one guy since I was in a SnD room with a friend, although my friend kept team chatting me along with others saying that person was walling it was hard to tell until i re-watched the reply. He was reported by others but I just recorded and uploaded it on YouTube once I re-watched the replay and saw he was in fact walling... that was around February of 2017.

He was gone for like a month or something and I figured he finally got banned but nope, oh and he still has his HSR. If they aren't willing to change oh well it's on them and the game reflects that since when I log I always run into same players from previous rooms and hardly any NA players left.

cf is losing quality ... it's better to play cs go, they have less hacks in their game
