why am i blocked from logging in? [help asap]

says "you are blocked from server for a while 1days (44 hours 33 minutes)" but ive never used cheats in game etc. whats going on why cant I play?

Send a ticket, they'll tell you why... not sure if they give you temporary ban for cheating maybe its due to insults who knows.

Take this as a lesson and keep unnecessary toxicity out of this game. It's just a game, keep calm. If you feel frustrated because of somebody in-game, close the game and go outside.
