IP Restriction QoL Change

Hello, fellow Readers.

Every now and again you see the usual Thread about folks asking why it is they can't play our CrossFire Version, which more often than not is a result of them living in a Region that is unsupported of our Version.

So I'd like to suggest a little popup giving a bit of clarity when registering.

Basically take the IP, check the region where it is located, and if that Region happens to be in a restricted Zone, a Message should appear along the lines of;

Hello, thank you for registering for CrossFire North America! Our System detected that you are residing in (Insert Region here), and unfortunately,
that Region is on the List of unsupported Regions for our Game, and you will not be able to play our Game from the location you are currently residing in.

We'd like to refer you to (Insert Recommended CrossFire Version here, depending on Location), which is offering service for your specific Region. We apologize for any inconvenience.

That tends to save people the time to download the Game, and the trek to the Forums, where they'll be told effectively that.
