1) Nope can't change forum names.
2)you can if you have all info but for that submit a ticket.
3) try to remember them and submit a ticket
4) submit a ticket

They will keep telling you the info is wrong reply, even if you got access to hotmail like I did after chatting with Microsoft live support to gain access on the mail i registered my crossfire account with for week but z8games still won't let you change without accurate information. Been trying for a year but gave up, you just gotta make sure you don't forget your login info or it's a gg...
