What Happened To This Game?

I've recently been getting back into this game for the nostalgic factor but it's a big change since the last time I have been on. I have a few questions being absent for a few years (on and off).
What exactly happened to the 2011-2012 CF known players like LulRazzles, xfam0usx, DamageInc, Final shot reviews and so on... I am not bashing the current state of the game or anything but it doesn't feel the same anymore.
Are all the glitches patched? For example the jumping glitch where you merge into each other and simultaneous jump. Sad to see the USPS promotion get taken away also. Is it all about micro transactions now??

Nothing happened to those players, xfam0usx still comes online, i saw him winning a gun a few weeks ago, so thats that. About the others i have No clue, altough i see a DmgInc clan member every so often.
All the glitched should be patched by now, the USP event is indeed gone, but thats already several years.
And Yes, basicly everything turns around money nowadays.

Nope that jump glitch isn't patched it's still used mostly in hmx.
