Needle in a haystack... how are they suppose to know which players deserved the ban and which didn't? You guys know the cafe isn't safe there but you continue to go, sorry to hear but it comes with the risk when you using internet cafes there.

We are not just randomly banning all players from a single region. Please check all PC's before you log in on your account on them. Any ban issues can be kept to the ticket system. Thank you.
