How to report hacker?

Today when i was playing Temple ruin (Escape mode), I saw a high ranked player with more than 12 VIPs. It looked like that guy was able to see my location through walls. First i ignored this fact by thinking of it as lucky shots. Actually i was in GR and that guy was in BL.
After a minute or 2, I saw him moving through walls. He was able to enter escape portal without glitching. I saved replay and watched it. He clearly was able to move between walls and he was looking through walls. I am pretty sure he was not egy or turk as his English was very fluent. When i probed him, he started to abuse me. He said he will not get banned. He challenged me to report him. He has HSR and platinum rank in ranked mode.

Kindly guide me how to report him that he get banned in 2-3 days. I want to see his VIP account reduce to dust and i want to see him getting stripped of that HSR. If he had low rank then i would have ignored him but now i want to see his high ranked multiple VIP account getting banned so badly.

I know how to report hackers. I just want to know the tips that lead to insta-ban.

The only thing you can do is report him with the most accurate infos on the report tap such as ''Hacking type'', ''Rounds that Hacking Occurred''and ''Time when Hacking Occurred'' so hopefully they will ban them even thought it might take some time till they look for it.
Seems like people dont care anymore for this game since i did too saw lots of high rank players with vip too cheating on game balatantly but the worst part is they have the HSR for so long

I am also surprised to see blatant hackers. They don't care about being reported.

When they check the tickets it will. Before the live hack reporting in the discord, I used to report 4-5 people daily, and I they would mysteriously stop playing and lose their ribbon a week or 2 later.

all the players i reported since 2010 are still playing.

I see. I just checked status of my hack report and it was blank. They still haven't checked my hack report.
I think you are right. No wonder that hacker was laughing at me when i threatened to report.

After 9 years of CF, I finally decided to report a blatant hacker but I seriously regret that.
12 days have passed since i reported that Hacker but he is still free. Do you even bothered to watch my replay?
I clearly mentioned specific times of him using hacks in that hack report.

Reporting system is useless and utter BS. I am not gonna report him or any hacker again. GL with your ZP events.
