hacking report system doesn't work

hacking report system doesn't work. i see a lot of hackers everyday and i report them but they aren't banned. i can see them everyday again in the game and %90 of them still have the honorable soldier ribbon. in addition the statuses of the tickets are empty. i sent a ticket about this issue but it still exists. when will the system work? when we all leave the game?

man i feel for you... i report the hackers daily and im asking myself why should i report (with replay-file of course) them when z8games does nothing. ive send some hacker-reports a week ago and the status is still empty

it would be a good idea if we could report them by fb with just putting the screenshot it would be easier and faster

If they low rank no point in reporting them it's a dummy account they don't care about getting banned on, but if it's a high rank it's worth your time I guess. But at the moment reporting these fresh made accounts just so they can make another one seconds later, that's where their system is flawed.

yes i agree with this
but the waller need to video to get sure
so i think they should use both ways depend on what kind of hack he used

all deserving the report because the low rank will join to TD match and destroy the fun of game
so when acc is banned and try to open from another acc must get message before login this IP banned for 3 months and can't login till download game again or change IP so he maybe care after that

Thing is not sure if they even do IP and most likely not, if they did it will get bypassed like our anti. Like one known cheater that is in every ranked season and his name is a fruit that pretty much shows how long some take to ban and if they do how fast they make another alt/ sitting on pile of them.
