Will I ever receive monthly mixup ribbon ?

I finished 15 daily missions on December and January and I received the items weapons reward, but I didn't receive the ribbon, does anyone have the same problem ?

There has been recently tracker issues regarding a few events and the HMX ribbons. GM Celestine? might have fixed it or similar. therefore submit a ticket if your defiantly sure you have done 15 in the month
Has you already have the rewards for this month "January"

I noticed I got the same issue, I guess a ticket to their support will fix it.

I once sent a ticket about some missing crates and they did not even bother to answer and closed my ticket.Don't expect anything good.

Monthly Mixup ribbon will be distributed soon. It always gets distributed after the event, never during.
