hello crossfire team, my problem is that I can not send a ticket because my account was deleted for years without playing and now that I want to play no, pleasant surprise my account was deleted, I would like some solution.

We do not delete accounts, and you can still send a ticket to recover it in the Account Administration section. Please do so there.

Make sure to fill out all fields, even if you don't know the info for that field try to guess.

It takes a few days for support to reply to a ticket, be patient for a little while longer and I'm sure you'll get your answer
